Three days later I received a text saying we were 3 days late returning the car and I need to get an extension, I called Budget CS (Sayra) and after 20 minutes I was told that they had the car and that the front desk had not received it in and I would not be charged any additional fees. We were told to leave the keys on the dash and go to your terminal. ![]() When I checked into the Buffalo airport Budget after a three day rental, we were yelled and cursed at because too many cars had come in at once. But I believe that is no fault to rental company. The airport we were in was terribly designed for placement of the return garage. Upon return at the end of our trip the return process was easier. They have white x’s marking the spots of damage (so they knew it was damaged but still rented it out) the back door did not work properly. We finally get to the rental van… it is all damaged and scratched. Once we finally got outside to the rental garage there was another long line of chaos. Once we asked for a different vehicle at the discount rate of the van she magically had a van there. We asked for a van for a reason so we weren’t ok with switching. Once to the front the person helping states they didn’t have any vans available that we needed to switch to a different type (she offered an Arcadia). It to just over 2 hours to actually get the rental van from RSW airport. ![]()
